Only get thread performance stats for VPOP3 threads, not all threads. Reduce default update frequency to 5 seconds instead of 1 second. Allow customisation of update frequency (or disabling totally) - contact support@pscs.co.uk for info.

The performance monitor thread is low priority, so shouldn't affect PC performance, but some people may be upset by VPOP3 taking 1-4% CPU when the PC is idle and VPOP3 is apparently doing nothing.
